The "Smokette II" will smoke/cook at least 22 pounds of product per load.
Electrical: 500 watt heating element, 10 amps, 120 volts, single phase current.
Cabinet is black steel sides, stainless steel top and interior.
Outside dimensions are 16 1/4" x 18 1/2" x 24 1/4" high. The five shelves are 14" x 14". Weight of smoker is 49 pounds.

MODEL 50
The "Model 50" will smoke/cook up to 50 pounds of assorted product per load. It varies with individual product.
Electrical: 1200 watt heating element, 15 amps, 120/240 volts, single phase current.
Weight 125 pounds.
Cabinet stainless steel interior.
Casters are standard equipment on all "Model 50" Smoker/Cookers.
